
Daniel Charous, MD
Dr. Charous has a long-standing practice in the valley and is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. In addition, he is an active staff member at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Phoenix Children’s Hospitals. At Arizona Desert Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, Dr. Charous heads a team of experienced and dedicated hearing health professionals, who work within their specialties to provide the best possible care for our patients. Dr. Charous is the immediate past President of the Arizona Society of Otolaryngology.

Andrew Iarocci, MD
Dr. Iarocci is a comprehensive ear, nose and throat specialist. He completed residency at Tulane University, where he developed a wide array of skills to treat various head and neck conditions ranging from chronic sinusitis to thyroid malignancies. Dr. Iarocci is also passionate about facial aesthetics and reconstruction. He offers consultation services on various cosmetic procedures and has advanced skills in reconstructing facial defects secondary to malignancies, congenital malformations and trauma.
Dr. Iarocci was born and raised in Carefree, Arizona. He received degrees from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!) and Creighton University School of Medicine. He is delighted to be back in Arizona to provide exceptional care to the community he knows and loves.

Ryan Chang, PA
Ryan Chang is a board-certified otolaryngology physician assistant. He graduated with a master’s in physician assistant studies from Thomas Jefferson University at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was elected and served on the student board. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate studies in molecular and cellular biology with a minor in music at the University of Arizona. Ryan is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology. In his free time he enjoys hiking and golfing.

Jacqueline McLeod, FNP-C
Jacqueline McLeod, FNP-C was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She received her Associates (2004) and Bachelor’s (2005) Degree in Nursing from Ferris State University. Jackie graduated from Grand Canyon University in early 2022 with a master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 17 years’ experience in emergency room and trauma services for both adult and pediatric patients as a nurse. Jackie is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Jackie is married with two children and enjoys hiking and reading. She spends much of her free time as an active hockey mom and riding horses with her daughter.

Beth Sanchez, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Sanchez earned her Master of Arts in audiology from San Jose State University in 1997 and her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University at Mesa, AZ in 2007. She has more than 15 years of experience in diagnostic audiological evaluations for adults and children, cochlear implants, osseointegrated devices, vestibulonystagmography and hearing aids. She enjoys getting to know her patients and learning the best ways to assist them in hearing better, so they can enjoy a better quality of life.
Dr. Sanchez is originally from California but has lived in Arizona for more than 10 years. She enjoys the amazing Arizona weather and spending time with her husband, two children and dog.

Sadaf Fateh, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Sadaf Fateh received her Bachelor of Science from Mashhad University in Iran, Associate of Science from Mesa Community College and a Doctor of Audiology from A. T. Still University. Dr. Fateh is adjunct clinical assistant professor at Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Fateh specializes in vestibular and balance disorders, hearing and tinnitus disorders, and amplification and rehabilitation for pediatric and geriatric population. Dr. Fateh is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Doctor of Audiology, the American Speech, Hearing, and Tinnitus Association and the International Society of Audiology. Dr. Fateh holds an Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing licensure in Arizona and California and a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC’s) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is fluent in English and Farsi.

Stephanie Watson, Au.D.
Dr. Stephanie Watson earned her Bachelor of Communication Disorders from San Diego State University and her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. Dr. Watson has more than 14 years of experience with diagnostic audiological evaluations for adults and children, evaluations for vestibular and balance disorders along with rehabilitation with hearing aids. Dr. Watson has a passion for the hearing impaired as she has a hearing loss herself and wears hearing aids.
